Skiing in France and Italy

Wow, what a week. We went to La Rosiere skiing. This resort is on the border between France and Italy. That meant we could ski into Italy for lunch and coffee then head back to our chalet for our evening meal and rest. The conditions were OK, some sun and some snow. The latter is a necessity for skiing…

We found some good wine based on a Dave’s method of picking the bottle with the best photo of a Château. This one got the thumbs up!

There was quite a lot of skiing done. One particular highlight was the hill in the background of the photo below. This was one of the more difficult runs we did (hence Kate celebrating!)

Other photos can be found here including a picture of English men having a beer on the way to their holiday… at 6am. Crazy…

I liked the bottle with the chateau. I didn’t like the math question at the bottom of the comments area, because it’s not clear what counting system the question is for

Yeah sorry about the maths. It cuts my spam to *almost* zero. It is amazing how many spambots can do maths…
Damn it! I got the question wrong…
