This time next week…

This time next week we’ll leave daylight savings time.  What that means is that it’ll be 5.30pm now and it’ll be dark.  I’m looking forward to it ’cause it means we’re getting closer to that wonderful festive season where butchers in the covered market hang dead animals out front of their stores like this.

I’m not looking forward to getting over whatever illness it is that i’m currently battling….

excellent!  My fave was Brewdog’s “Bashah” at 8.6%.  A lovely way to end the evening!  But there are more to sample than those I’ve tried tonight, some 140 real ales served from the cask – the best way to drink them!
