We’re wintering it in York with Chris and Danielle. It’s actually qute warm up here at the moment… wouldn’t believe it eh?
Hope everyone is enjoying the festive season. We are. 5.8kg of turkey to eat and there is only 4 of us!

Firstly what do you call warm??? I’d call it warm here and Mum said something about it being 40 deg C in Adelaide. Guess we were high 30’s. Now that’s warm.
Secondly it’s now the 29th Dec- don’t you have a report on the Xmas dinner? Quit eating turkey and write something!

Tryptophan is the amino acid. I think there is conjecture about whether or not it does make you sleepy…
